is a registered broker/dealer, offering the Schwab Personal Choice Retirement Account (PCRA), the Schwab Health Savings Brokerage Account (HSBA) as well as other brokerage and custody services to its participants and clients.
The PCRA is a Self-Directed Brokerage Account (SDBA) that is typically linked to a 401(k) plan or similar retirement plan while the HSBA is a Self-Directed Health Savings Brokerage Account (HSBA) that is linked to a Health Savings Account plan offered by a third-party plan provider.
Charles Schwab is the industry leader in providing custodial, trading, and participant servicing in these areas.
In your career as a Financial Services Professional in our organization, you will service our diverse participant's brokerage needs via telephone, email, and chat in order to build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service that builds and maintains participant loyalty.
Our Financial Services Professionals inspire loyalty by being the voice of Schwab to our participants.
You will engage in personalized interactions that enhance each participant's relationship with Schwab by listening, understanding, and addressing their need(s).
What you haveYour role will take place in a fast-paced inbound contact center taking numerous calls, replying to emails, and engaging in chats from our retirement plan participants who are asking questions about the Schwab Personal Choice Retirement Account (PCRA) or the Self-Directed Health Savings Brokerage Account (HSBA) product offerings.
You will be representing Schwab in every interaction.
Additionally, you will:
Assist participants placing stock, ETF, and mutual fund trades.
You will be educating participants concerning order types, market mechanics, investing principals and enabling online access.
You also will research and respond to participant and trustee issues relating to form submissions, transfers, and various other operational items.
You will collaborate with internal business partners and team members to resolve sophisticated client inquiries and develop knowledge of Schwab products and services.
You will be answering retirement plan questions, while deepening each participant relationship.

Qualifications:
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses (may be obtained through a condition of employment) Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Preferred
Qualifications:

This is a phone-based position This position is a hybrid role and requires being onsite mutliple days each week Recommended Skills Adaptability Brokerage Communication Hardworking And Dedicated Mechanical Engineering Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
